Ich (20, ab 12.09.07 Auszubildende an der Goldschmiedeschule) suche eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung (ab 20m² ) in Pforzheim Buckenberg/Waldsiedlung für max. 250€ Warmmiete.
Sollte eine Mini-Küche mit Kühlschrank und Herd haben, genauso wie einen Balkon.
Das sollte noch vorhanden sein:
Warmwasser aus Zentralheizung,Kabel TV, Telefon analog, DSL Internet, gerne auch Abstellraum für Fahrrad und Waschmaschine im Haus.
Ich hoffe jemand kann mir helfen.
