Hey, ich suche jemanden der meine Wohnung übernimmt. Perfekt für Singles. 8min bis zum Potsdam Hbf. Die Wohnung liegt im Schlaatz, doch der Ruf ist deutlich schlechter als das Viertel eigentlich ist. Es ist sehr ruhig.
Die Verwaltung stellt Verträge mit Mindestmietdauer von 2 Jahren aus. Der PVC in Holz Optik wurde von mir verlegt und muss wahrscheinlich auch bei meinem Auszug wieder entfernt werden. Die Wohnung ist unmöbliert und ohne Küche. Man kann aber bestimmt eine Lösung finden dass Küche und PVC dirn bleiben.
Die letzte Entscheidung trifft der Eigentümer.
