Das Apartment liegt wunderschön ruhig mitten im Villenviertel von Babelsberg, und doch nicht weit zu Restaurants/Kino/Geschäften/Öffis .
Der Bahnhof Griebnitzsee ist mit S- und Regionalbahn ganz in der Nähe, ebenso Tram und Bus. Im Bahnhof kann man Fahrräder, Kanus, Standup-paddels etc ausleihen. Ein Supermarkt ist dort quasi nebenan. Der Griebnitzsee und Babelsberger Park sind um die Ecke. Ebenso HPI, Filmstudios, Filmuni und Universität Potsdam.

Furnished, lovingly equipped apartment with its own access, beautiful view of the terrace and greenery, with a well-equipped kitchenette (dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, etc.), covered bicycle parking space behind the house, WIFI included. Bed linen, duvets and towels can be provided upon request. Shared use of washing machine in the laundry cellar.
The apartment is beautifully and quietly located in the middle of the residential area of Babelsberg, and yet not far from restaurants/cinema/shops/public transport.
The Griebnitzsee train station is very close by S-Bahn and regional trains, as well as trams and buses. You can rent bicycles, canoes, stand-up paddles, etc. at the train station. A supermarket is practically next door. The Griebnitzsee and Babelsberger Park are around the corner. Likewise HPI, film studios, film university and the University of Potsdam.
Cold rent = warm rent
