Für meine helle Altbauwohnung suche ich kurzfristig eine:n Nachmieter:in.
Die Wohnung mit Wohnraum, kleinem Flur und Bad ist ca. 37qm groß - Einbauküche und Wannenbad inklusive.

Der gut durchdachte Schnitt und die hohe Deckenhöhe sorgen für ein großzügiges Raumgefühl und gerade im Sommer ist es wunderbar kühl. Die Nachbarschaft ist klasse. Ich habe sehr gerne hier gewohnt.

Die Wohnung liegt super günstig zwischen SBahnhof Babelsberg und Potsdam Hbf.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Park sind schnell erreichbar.

Die Lage an den Schienen und die damit verbundene Geräuschkulisse ist nicht wegzudenken. Man gewöhnt sich dran, bei geöffnetem Fenster sind die Züge allerdings schon sehr präsent.

Die Wohnung wird zunächst als Untermiete und ab dem 01.08.2024 dann als Hauptmiete unbefristet angeboten. Einige Möbel (Sofa, Kücheninsel, Schrank im Flur und im Bad) und die Rollos würde ich gerne gegen einen Abschlag von 350€ weitergeben.
