Hey there!
First of all I want to clarify that the photos are taken from the apartment complex website and are not mine! I'll upload mine soon, sorry about the inconvenience. Anyway, the apartment offered is quite similar to the one in the pics :)
The apartment is placed on the top floor of a very nice and modern building. It is perfect for one person, but too small for couples or roomates, since it only has one 90 x 200 cm bed. The kitchenette is equiped with a ceramic hob, a fridge (+ freezer) and a microwave oven, and has enough space for storage. The bathroom has a towel warmer and a very nice and big shower!
There is no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a washing machine room that belongs to the apartment complex and the machines can be booked via the WeWash app, with a cost of 2.50€ for washing and 2.20€ for drying.
I'm moving out because I found a place in Berlin with a colleague from work, but I really enjoyed the months I stayed there.
Also, the neighbors are mostly students and very nice people, always up to help you if you need anything :)

The apartment is placed in a very convenient location, 1 minute walking from Edeka and dm, and only 10 minutes on foot from the Griebnitzsee train station, with great connections to both Potsdam and Berlin, since the S7 and the RB21/RB22 stop there. There is also a tram station at walking distance (14 minutes) and some bus stops that connect you to diferent areas of Potsdam. The Potsdam University (Babelsberg campus) and the Hasso Plattner Institute are 8 minutes away from the apartment, so it's also perfect for students or interns who study or work there.
You can also find some interesting spots at walking distance, such as Lindenpark, the Filmpark Babelsberg and the Griebnitzsee lake, where you can practice kayaking in summer :)
The area is very beautiful and quiet, so don't worry about hearing loud noises from the street!
I'm looking for a person who would stay there from 01.04.2021 until the 01.09.2021, but the contract can be extended. Nevertheless, I'm not closed to a 1 month stay from the first of April.
