I'm looking from 01.06 to 31.07. a tenant for my apartment in row 4a in Bornstedt, possibly a takeover is possible.
The apartment is in the private student residence “my liverty”, has 21 m2 + balcony and cellar and costs 705€ warm a month.
The residence has washing machines, a private basement compartment, a roof terrace and a large common room.
Electricity and internet are included in the rent.
The apartment is partly furnished with a bed + mattress, a wardrobe and a kitchenette with oven.

Ich suche vom 01.06. bis zum 31.07. einen Mieter für meine Wohnung im Reiherweg 4a in Bornstedt, eventuell ist eine Übernahme möglich.
Das Appartement ist im privaten Studentenwohnheim „my liverty“, hat 21 m2 + Balkon und Keller und kostet 705€ warm im Monat.
Das Wohnheim verfügt über Waschmaschinen, ein privates Kellerabteil, eine Dachterrasse und einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum.
In der Miete sind Strom und Internet inkludiert.
Das Appartement ist teilmöbliert mit einem Bett + Matratze, einem Kleiderschrank und einer Küchenzeile mit Ofen.
