Ich suche zügig einen Nachmieter, der zum 1.5. einziehen kann.
Das Apartment ist noch (mit meinen Möbeln) möbliert. Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, mehrere Regale etc. Ich bin bereit diese für eine geringe Summe mit der Wohnung abzugeben, da ich selbst in ein bereits möbliertes Apartment ziehen werde. Die Details können dann bei der Besichtigung geklärt werden.
Ich werden den Ersten nehmen, der die nötigen Papiere an meinen jetzigen Vermieter schicken kann, da es mir wichtig ist nicht noch im Mai und Juni hier Miete zu zahlen. Wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst.

I am looking for a tenant that can move in by the 1st of May.
The flat is in good condition since I was only the second person to live here. The building was finished in 2016.
I still have full furniture (bed, desk, closet, cupboards etc) in my apartment and I am willing to give them away for a fraction of the price, since I do not need them anymore. Details can be discussed when you come by to look at the place.
I will accept the first person to hand in the required paperwork to my (and your future) landlord, since I obviously do not want to pay rent for May and June without living here. So first come first serve
Die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand, ich war der zweite Mieter seit der Erbauung 2016.
3 Minuten von Rewe/DM/BioCompany entfernt und direkt an der Haltestelle "Rote Kaserne" ist die Wohnung gut gelegen. Der große BuGa-Park ist direkt nebenan.
Rewe, DM and Bio Company are 3 minutes on foot away and theres a tram stop right in front of the building. A large public park is about 100 metres from the doorstep.
