Die Wohnung ist praktisch und zum studieren einfach perfekt geeignet. Der Park und Wald sind in der Nähe zum entspannen und man kommt mit guten Busverbindungen in die Potsdamer Innenstadt sowie zum Zug nach Berlin (Bhf Park Sanssouci). Zum Campus Neues Palais läuft man 10 Minuten, zum Campus Golm fährt der Bus alle 10 Minuten und braucht ca 8min. Ich habe mich hier immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Da ich zum studieren in eine andere Stadt ziehe, suche ich eine:n Nachmieter:in.
Es gibt ein paar Dinge, die am besten übernommen werden sollten gegen einen Abschlag von 50€. U.a. ein extra eingebauter Schrank mit zusätzlicher Arbeitsfläche im Küchenbereich. Diesen habe ich bereits von meinem Vormieter übernommen und er hat sich als sehr sehr praktisch erwiesen, da die Fläche in der Küche ansonsten sehr begrenzt ist. Außerdem weiteres wie zB. Duschstange, Vorhangschienen, Einbau-Mülleimer usw.
