Hi! I'm Iuliia. In September 2020 I'm going to do an exchange year in Switzerland and that's why I'm searching for a new tenant for my cozy apartment. The apartment is subletted for 12 month- from 01.09.2020 till 01.09.2021.
The apartment is pretty spacious- 21 m2. There is a big room with a bed, 2 mattresses, closet, bookcase, desk, chair, table lamp, ceiling lamp, curtain, mirror, glass table, IKEA chair, carpet. The kitchen has everything that you need- a fridge, oven, cooker, microwave, sink. You will have a bathroom, as well as kitchen only by yourself.
A LAN socket is in the room and the Internet can be provided for 5 Euro /month.
You can also wash your clothes in the laundry room in the house for some extra money. There are some rooms where you can leave your bike.
The apartment is located in the city center of Potsdam (Innenstadt) , near lots of facilities and shopping opportunities.
5 min by bus to the central train station.
2 min to the next bus/tram station.
30 min by bus to the Campus Golm.
15 min by bus to Neues Palais.

--> You need to be a student in Potsdam, as this apartment is provided by Studentenwerk Potsdam and they need to allow a sub-lent contract (you can find the information on their website). Please write me at what university do you study.
