Hallo liebe Leute,
ich habe ein Zimmer direkt am Universitätsteil "Neues Palais" zu vergeben.
Das Zimmer ist hell (mit 2 Fenstern), groß und im sehr guten Zustand. Ein Bett, ein großer Schrank, Tisch und Regale sind vorhanden.
Das Bad ist tiptop :)
Am besten,ihr guckt es euch selber an ;)

direkt am Neuen Palais,man fällt direkt in die Uni.
Nach Golm sind es 7min bei günstiger Verbindung mit dem Bus.
zum potsdamer Hauptbahnhof sind es ca.15min, also ist man auch schnell in Berlin.
ruhig gelegen,trotz Studentenwohnheim.
Netto mit Bäcker ist gleich gegenüber,nicht mal 3min zu Fuß.
Auch ideal für Leute ohne Auto (Fahrradwerkstatt im Keller).
Da ich noch nicht genau weiß, wann ich das Zimmer wieder brauche, kann das Zimmer auch über den angegeben Zeitraum hinaus vermietet werden, Je nach Absprache also :)
Unten im Keller befindet sich ein Sportraum, der zur Verfügung steht. (Ich hab ihn mir allerdings noch nicht genau angeguckt ;) )
