Die Wohnung liegt im 3.OG (von 4) in Waldstadt I, mit Blick auf ein Wäldchen. Es ist sehr ruhig, und durch Südostausrichtung auch eine angenehm warme Wohnung. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden.
Bad, Flur und Küche sind separate Räume.
Bad mit Wanne und Platz für Waschmaschine (Trockenraum im trockenen Keller vorhanden).
Küche mit Fenster: Herd, Spüle, Hängeschränke und Kühlschrank vorhanden.
Im Flur befindet sich ein Einbauschrank.
Fußboden ist erst 3 Jahre altes PVC in Laminatoptik, sieht gut aus und ist leicht zu pflegen.

Möblierung kann teilweise gerne übernommen werden.
15 Minuten mit Rad zum Campus Griebnitzsee oder in die City; Bushaltestelle Drewitzer Str./Erich-Weinert-Str. direkt vor der Tür bzw. Tram-Haltestelle Am Moosfenn mit 5 Minuten Fußweg.
Die Wohnung ist zum 30.11. gekündigt, ich kann aber auch früher ausziehen. Ich freu mich auf Nachfragen. VG, Sophia
