There is a single studio apartment available in Potsdam (Golm) from August (or July) for those of you who are still looking for accommodation (official contract and Anmeldung possible!). I am looking for somebody to take over the housing contract, since I am moving in Berlin in July.

Here are the key facts:

• Single Studio Apartment (22.88m²) fully furnished: entails everything you need, incl. double bed, ensuite bathroom, private kitchenette fully equipped, workspace, plenty of storage, WIFI, gym, laundry facilities in the building, private mailbox

• From: 01.08.2022 (at least 6 months, longer stays are of course possible), if you need to move in in July, we can discuss that also

• Anmeldung (Registration of official address) is of course possible

• located in the Student Housing of BaseCamp right next to train station Potsdam Golm and University of Potsdam Campus (3 min. walking), direct connection to Berlin City Center and Potsdam Hbf

• 3rd floor, There is only a large balcony on the third floor.

• 650 Euro/month, excl. security deposit

• you will be signing an official contract with BaseCamp (so no complicated sublet)

• great for (international) students, since most of the tenants are international students also

• please note that normally, BaseCamp has no availabilities for this year anymore - so this is a great option to get a studio!
