Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim. Das Zimmer ist sauber, bietet genügend Stauraum und hat einen Schreibtisch und ein sehr großes Fenster. Bei dem Bett handelt es sich um ein Einbettzimmer.

Waschmaschiene: Im Keller, kann man gegen einen Aufpreis benutzen
Küchenaustattung: Mikrowelle, Herd, Ofen und ein Fach im Kühlschrank kannst du benutzen
In der Nähe gibt es 2 Supermärkte und eine Tankstelle.
Mit dem Bus (der vom Wohnheim etwa 1 min entfernt ist), kommt man schnell in die Stadt. Der Bus fährt regelmäßig.
Beim Zimmer ist kein Parkplatz vom Wohnheim dabei, allerdings gibt es in der Nähe Parkplätze.
Bitte beachte, dass die Wohnung nur für Studenten zu vermieten ist, da es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim handelt.
Das Zimmer wird von mir selbst normalerweise bewohnt. Aufgrund des Homeoffice würde ich das Zimmer aber gerne an dich vermieten.
