ich suche eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ab dem 1. August 2016 bis Ende Februar aber auch gerne Ende März 2017
Die Wohnung ist ca. 28qm groß besitzt eine Küchenzeile, Bad mit Dusche und einen Balkon.
Zur Wohnung gehören außerdem noch ein eigenes Kellerabteil und Fahrradkeller der genutzt werden kann.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 386 € pro Monat.
- gute Busanbindungen zur Uni und Innenstadt. Zur Uni benötigt man mit dem Bus gerademal ca 8 Minuten.
- gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Wohnung
- ruhige Lage
- gute Einkaufsmöglichekeiten in der Nähe
