I rent my 1 bedroom apartment with private bathroom and shared kitchen in a city-close location from the beginning of June to July 27. The city centre can be reached by bike in about 10 minutes, while the OTH needs about 15–20 minutes. There is a direct bus connection to the main railway station, the city centre and the university. A net supermarket is also within walking distance.

Visits on site are not until 31st May or June 1st, as the apartment is still inhabited by then. On request, however, I would like to send a video that gives a precise impression of the apartment.

Ich vermiete mein 1-Zimmer-Apartment mit eigenem Bad und geteilter Küche in stadtnaher Lage von Anfang Juni bis zum 27. Juli. Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Fahrrad in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar, zur OTH braucht man ca. 15–20 Minuten. Es besteht eine direkte Busverbindung zum Hauptbahnhof, in die Innenstadt und zur Universität. Ein Netto-Supermarkt befindet sich ebenfalls in fußläufiger Entfernung.

Besichtigungen vor Ort sind leider erst ab dem 31. Mai oder 1. Juni möglich, da die Wohnung bis dahin noch bewohnt ist. Auf Anfrage sende ich aber gerne vorab ein Video, das einen genauen Eindruck von der Wohnung vermittelt.
