Ich möchte meine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete bereitstellen. Das Appartement liegt sehr gut und im selben Hof wohnt noch eine 5er-WG mit Studenten.
Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und die Lage sehr ruhig.
Es gibt einen riesigen Garten zur Mitnutzung.
Zur Stadtbahn 18 sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß und nach Bonn Hauptbahnhof mit der Bahn braucht man 9 Minuten. Außerdem fährt die 18 auch direkt nach Köln.
