Die Wohnung liegt 8 Minuten Fußweg vom Siegburger Stadtzentrum entfernt, 5 min Fußweg gibs ein Großen Kaufland.
Ca. 12 min Fußweg bis zum Siegburger Bahnhof, von wo man schnell nach Bonn oder Köln kommt.
Gesamtpreis für die Wohnung wäre 450 € inkl. DSL Anschluss und Stromnutzung.
Kaution ist Verhandlungssache!!!!!
