Hallo,
suche Jemanden zur Zwischen Miete weil ich nächstes Semester ins Praxissemester gehen werden und deshalb wird mein Zimmer ab 01. August 2013 frei bis nächstes Semester im März 2014. Es ist ein voll möbliertes Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile zum Kochen. Das Bad, der Flur und das Klo wird mit zwei Mitbewohnern geteilt. Es befindet sich Kabelfernsehen und momentan auch ein Internetanschluss DSL16000. Außerdem gibt es einen PKW-Parkplatz sowie einen Unterstellplatz für Fahrräder. Es sind ca 500m bis zur Fachhochschule und in 10 min ist man mit dem Rad auch im Zentrum. Bei weiteren Fragen einfach melden.
Fh Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jeweils 5min zum Aldi oder Rewe, Bushaltestelle fast nebenan
