Dear Landlord, I am looking for simple place to stay in city during my course of study in Germany. The apartment with basic utilities such as ready to cook kitchen, heater, bathroom, small fridge, all in all furnished or semi-furnished preferred.

I will be studying at university for the time I am staying in Germany. I have arranged finance so I can pay rent while I am studying at university. I can pay security deposit and rent of first month in advance or at start of the contract. I am a very honest and responsible person. During weekend I would like to spend my time traveling city, exploring culture and meeting friends. I do not smoke. I do not have a pet with me. I just cook essential food to eat in kitchen and like to keep place clean. I like to stay peaceful and quite, hence I avoid listening to loud music.
