ich suche zum 1.09.09 oder später eine günstige 1-Zimmerwohnung. Meine Ansprüche an die Wohnung sind nicht hoch! Wichtig wäre nur, dass die Wohnung eine kleine EBK enthält, gepflegt ist und nicht weiter als 5-8km von der FH entfernt ist!
