Hallo Leute,
ich suche eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Rosenheim. Mir wäre wichtig, dass die Küche vom Zimmer abgetrennt ist und ein Balkon vorhanden ist. Einziehen würde ich gerne entweder zum 1.9. oder 1.10. Ich bin 23 Jahre alt und Studentin im 6. Semester, mache aber auch noch meinen Masterabschluss. Ausserdem bin ich Nichtraucherin. Über Angebote würde ich mich sehr freuen.
