I offer my well cut 1-room apartment in Rosenheim for rent. The modern fitted kitchen belongs to the apartment and is already included in the rental price.

Some pieces of furniture remain in the apartment, including the sofa, the bed and the washing machine. So you can move in directly without having to worry about the facility. For this furniture and the equipment, a one-time detachment of € 1,200 applies.

The catchment is expected to be possible from 1 August – possibly from 1 July. That would have to be resolved with the landlord.
