Die Wohnung ist eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, bei der ich das größere von beiden zwischenvermiete. Da ich sonst alleine wohne, ist es dann quasi eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung.
Sie befindet sich im 3 OG (Dachgeschoss), hat allerdings keine/sehr wenig Schräge.
Zur Verfügung stehen neben dem großen Zimmer (21m²) noch eine gemütliche Küche, ein kleines Bad ohne Fenster und der Flur.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral mit Bus- und S-Bahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Hansaviertel ist recht studentisch und grenzt direkt an die KTV.
Die Uniklinik befindet sich in der gleichen Straße.
