Hallo, ich (25, m) suche ab Anfang Oktober eine günstige 1 Zimmer Wohnung in Rostock, ziehe aus Leipzig hier her um meine Ausbildung zu machen und als Lehrling werd ich auch nicht soviel verdienen. Wohnung sollte also hauptsächlích günstig sein und etwas auf aktuellem stand (muß nicht unbedingt renoviert sein, aber keine Späße wie Ofenheizung usw.).
