Hallo,
da der bisher geplante Nachmieter aus beruflichen Gründen kurzfristig abgesprungen ist, ist die Wohnung ab 24.10. zu vermieten.
Ich habe in der Wohnung zweieinhalb Jahre gewohnt und habe mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig aber nur wenige Minuten Richtung Stadtmitte.
In den 280 € sind die grundsätzlichen Nebenkosten enthalten, hinzukommen lediglich Kosten für Wasser und Strom je nach Verbrauch zwischen 30 und 50€ im Monat.
