The apartment is only for students studying at University of Saarland or HTW. The room has 22metre square area. Toilet and bath is very spacious. The room comes including a bed (without mattress, but if you need, I can giveaway the extra one I have), study table, wardrobe, a big rack. Kitchen is equipped with two burners, a sink and a refrigerator, sufficient for one person, it is located next to the entrance. This building has a bridge to another entrance at Försterstrasse.
It is in the city centre, best location to live in Saarbrücken. Right in front of the door is the Bus stop and also the Flix Bus point. There are restaurants, pubs, river side, prinzennwier lake, etc almost every happenings in Saarbrücken is only 5 min away on foot. Hbf is reachable in 10 mins on foot.
The room is best for student accommodation. Best commute to University, 13 busses go to University from the bus stop in front of the door every hour during week days.
