REQUESTING FOR THE ACCOMMODATION FACILITY

I am from India and going to pursue my Master's in law from the University of Saarland in 2020-2021. I am required to reach there well ahead in time for attending classes on campus beginning on 02 November 2020. I am expected to arrive in Germany by 01.11.2020. Therefore, I am looking for accommodation in the room in a Single studio flat/room, fully furnished with area 15 sq mtr to 22 sq mt, within the budget within 250-350 EUR per month. I am looking for a well-furnished room included with my own bathroom, a small kitchen area, wardrobe, desk, chair, single bed with mattress, chair table. It would be a brownie point if the room has a balcony and a bright light reaching the area of the room.
