The flat is quite big for one person, has little kitchen, one big wardrobe, two tables and a cupboard inside . The toilet and bathroom are shared. On the first floor there are washing machine and the dryer, also place for your bike. The rent includes electricity, heating and internet, which is around 200Mbps via 5G WIFI. Room has a cable TV, kettle, little fridge and an electrical stove.
I might also sell you some stuff that I won't take with me such as cloth dryer, washing machine capsules and etc.
The apartment is located in the Saarbrucker street in Dudweiler. Various bus stops (Dudweiler Markt and Dudweiler Dudoplatz can be reached within 2 minutes, Dudweiler train station can be reached in 10 minutes). Buses run regularly from here to the university, which can be reached in about 15 minutes. There is a Netto supermarket near bus stop too.
I am leaving this room on 11th July, on the next day the room will be empty. I might also sell you some stuff that I won't take with me such as cloth dryer, washing machine capsules and a pillow with a blanket if you need them.
