wir vermieten ein schönes, möbliertes 1-Zimmer-Appartment (16qm) in Saarbrücken-Scheidt.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen separaten Wohnungseingang, eine Kochnische und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche.
Die Wohnung bietet alles zum komfortablen Leben (Kühlschrank, Gefriertruhe, Küchenausstattung, 2 Kochfelder mit Abzugshaube). Das Zimmer ist mit einem Schrank, Wandregal, Schreibtisch, einem Tisch mit 2 Stühlen und mit einem Bett mit Matratze möbliert.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Scheidt in direkter Uni-Nähe (ca 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad). Eine Bushaltestelle ist zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, sodass man so auch schnell an der Uni ist.
An Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es einen Rewe in ca 10 Minuten Laufdistanz
Wir suchen Studierende, die auch gerne längerfristig wohnen möchten.
