This apartment is a part of a Student dorm where ONLY students can rent an apartment. It is very quiet and in a good situation. It has a very good vision with 3 big windows.It exists in a central position from where you can reach everything in a short period of time.
Inside the apartment there is a study desk with 2 drawers, a wardrobe,a cupboard, a bed and a little night table.
The apartment has a built-in kitchen with a fridge, a sink unit and two cooking plates. There is enough space around to store kitchen materials.
The apartment has an own bathroom. Inside the bathroom there is a shower, a basin with a mirror and a toilet. It is very bright because of the big window in it. Both kitchen and bathroom have air outlet.
Inside the building there is a special room that contains a wash machine and the dryer. It costs 1.80 Euro for every use (approx. 3 hours).
There is also an own place in the basement, where you can store what you want. There is an extra room for parking your bicycle.
The apartment is located near the famous Nauwieser Viertel, where you can find a lot of bars and meet other students. Down town is only 10 minutes far away.
Saarland University is easy to reach by bus(8 minutes). You can reach the main train station(HBF) in 10 minutes by foot or 4 minutes by bus. You can also reach HTW in 10 minutes by bus.
There are too many options to buy food and groceries (bio supermarket, Netto).
Just Remember this apartment is ONLY for students who study at University or Hochschule ( eg. UDS/ HTW/ UKS)
