University student looking for accommodation in saarbrucken beginning 1st week of October.

I will be joining Saarland University in the winter semester 2019. I am looking for a flat or 1 room apartment for long term accommodation. I am very cooperative and flexible in daily life and I actively help out in the daily chores. I prefer quiet and clean surroundings. The accommodation should have easy access to the university and nearby markets. I prohibit smoking in the apartment and that's the only restriction I have.
