Da ich meinen Studienplatz wechsle suche ich Jemanden der meine Wohnung übernehmen möchte. Die Warm-Miete beträgt ca. 280 € im Monat. Es ist eine 1-Raum- Wohnung. Allerdings ist sie sehr praktisch geschnitten, da die Küche ein sehr großer Raum von ca. 12-14 qm ist, also muss man den Wohnraum nicht so zustellen, Wäsche kann man auch in der Kücher, oder bei warmen Wetter auf dem Balkon aufhängen. Von dem aus hat man übrigens eine schöne Aussicht.
Ich ziehe am 17. Februar aus. Es bleibt alles außer meinem Schrank in der Wohnung, also Bett, Waschmaschine (jeweils erst 3 Monate alt, da neu gekauft), Küche mit Herd, Ofen und Kühlschrank, Badeinrichtung, Korridoreinrichtung, Lampen, I-net Modem, Gardienen, Esstisch, Stühle usw. drinnen.
Vorbeikommen lohnt sich, dabei können wir auch über die Preise reden (echtes Schnäppchen, da ich nichts mitnehmen kann, weil mir der Platz fehlt.)
