Apartment
I am subletting my one-bedroom apartment for 1000€ starting from 9th May to 22nd June.
Some info about the apartment:
The apartment has 52 m2 and consists of a Living room, bedroom, a bathroom with washing machine, a fitted kitchen with attached fridge, oven and dishwasher. There is also a nice balcony. The apartment is located in the south of the city. If you like walking or jogging, it is very nice that you are in the fields within a few meters. The apartment is only 4 minutes walk to the bus station so can you get into the city quite quickly, is also 7 minutes walk to the supermarket. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator). It is fully furnished and the kitchen is also equipped. The 1000€ include everything (electricity, internet, etc.), but registration is unfortunately not possible.
And about me:
I am 31 years, originally from Nigeria) working in Berlin as a DevOps Engineer.
If you're interested, we can do a video call, give you a video tour of the apartment and get to know each other. Or if you're in town, then of course you can stop by in person.
