ich suche einen Katzensitter, der dafür hier umsonst wohnt und lediglich das Futter besorgen und bezahlen muss (ca.50 Euro im Monat).Die Wohnung ist möbliert, es ist alles da, nur kein Fernseher (gibt auch keinen Anschluss!).
Wlan funktioniert meistens.
Mein Kater ist lieb und braucht viel Aufmerksamkeit, dass heisst aber nicht,dass Du ihn rund um die Uhr bespassen musst.
Er ist 13 Jahre alt und Freigänger.
Zu dem schönen Appartment mit Pantryküche gehört auch ein eigener kleiner Garten.
Bilder etc. über WhatsApp möglich, bis Ende September entscheide ich mich, vorheriges Kennenlernen ist absolut notwendig.
Zuverlässigkeit, Sauberkeit und Ehrlichkeit setze ich vorraus.
ruhige Lage in Einfamilienhaussiedlung, Sackgasse, zur Bahn ca. 10 Minuten Fussweg, Bus(fährt nicht so oft) 2 Minuten.
Zum Wildpark und zur Schwentine sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.
Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig, da es keinen Flur gibt, d.h. wenn die Nachbarn im Treppenhaus sind, ist das deutlich zu hören.Da sie sehr nett sind stört das aber nicht.
