Meine helle, freundliche 1-Raum-Wohnung ist ab 01.04.2013 verfügbar, da ich aus beruflichen Gründen wegziehen muss.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage und hat eine Wohnküche mit 23qm sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne mit ca. 6 qm. Der Wohnungblock befindet sich in einem Innenhof, sodass keine Straßengeräusche hörbar sind. Die Küche ist ausgestatten mit einem Herd, einem Kühlschrank und einer Spüle.
Bei Interesse können auch Möbel mit übernommen werden.
In direkter Nachbarschaft befindet sich der Dreescher Markt mit einem Rewe, diversen Imbissmöglichkeiten und einem Kloppenburg. Ein Ärztehaus befindet sich direkt daneben. Strassenbahn- und Bushaltestellen sind innerhalb von 1 min erreicht und bieten Anschluss nach ganz Schwerin. Ein Netto, Subway, Friseur sowie ein Solarium sind auch nur 2 min entfernt.
Der Faule See oder der Schweriner Zoo lädt zum Joggen und entspannen ein und sind nur 3 min entfernt.
Die Bewohner dieses Hauses sind alle sehr nett und verständnisvoll. Mit ihnen sollte es keinen Ärger geben.
Im Moment wohnen keine Haustiere in der Wohnung. Falls Haustiere mit einziehen sollen, muss das vorher bei der SWG angemeldet werden.
