Um das Gebäude, in dem vor allem Studierende und „young professionals“ wohnen, ist eine breit angelegte Wiese, die im Sommer schön zum Relaxen einlädt. Uni ist 1,5 km entfernt. Den Campus liegt in Sichtweite der Wohnung. Mit dem Bus ist man dort in 20 min (Haltestelle ca. 5 min Fußweg). Des Weiteren ist der Geisweider und der Weidenauer Bahnhof schnell zu erreichen. Gleiches gilt für die Autobahn. Im Umfeld der Wohnung befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (3 min Fußweg) sowie weitere Möglichkeiten, den Hunger zu stillen (Restaurants für verschiedener Geschmäcker, alle ca. 5 min Fußweg in alle Richtungen). Außerdem ist in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Fitnessstudio. Im Mietpreis ist der Stellplatz und der Fernsehanschluss mit enthalten. Die Warmwassererzeugung erfolgt kostengünstig mittels Zentralheizung und ist in den Heizkosten mit eingeschlossen.

The apartment is very bright by its corne position with windows in all exterior walls. Around the building, where mainly students and "young professionals" live, is a wide-spread meadow, which invites you to relax in the summer. Uni is 1.5 km away. The campus is within sight of the apartment. By bus you are in 20 min (stop about 5 min walk). Furthermore, the Geisweider and the Weidenauer station can be reached quickly. The same applies to the highway. In the vicinity of the apartment are shops (3 minutes walk) as well as other possibilities to satisfy the hunger (restaurants for different tastes, all about 5 minutes walk in all directions). There is also a gym nearby. The pitch and the TV connection are included in the rental price. Hot water generation is cost-effective by means of central heating and is included in the heating costs.
The apartment can be rent from 20.09. on. Before moving in, a light laminate floor is laid. The first work can be taken from the pictures.
