Die Wohnung liegt mit ihrer Toplage direkt im Zentrum von Netphen,
an einer ruhigen kleinen Straße. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie REWE, DM und Norma sowie Apotheke und Ärzte liegen nur 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Der Garten ist von der Straße aus nicht zu sehen. Es ist still rund um die Uhr. Die Parkmöglichkeiten liegen direkt vor dem Haus und sind reichlich.
