Room in the Oberstadt

My room is available from 01.05.2015. The area is 23 m2 it has it's own kitchen and sink. The toilet and shower are shared with other 3 rooms, which are cleaned twice per week.The people living in these rooms are very friendly and quiet. The room comes completely furnished with a double bed, desk, some chairs and a shelf. The room is located in a private dorm in the Oberstadt. You can reach the center of the city in 10 minutes by walking, which makes it perfect to reach all the clubs and bars of the city. There are also a lot of supermarkets around!!!
There are also buses that go from the center to the dorm almost every 15 minutes from Siegen Zob (C123, C106,C105 among others)
The rent is 275 € per month which includes internet, light, water and other costs and the deposit is 300€ .
The environment of the dorm is very nice, there are a lot of students which make the life there very comfortable and nice! There is a laundry place, a contain, one big kitchen and a garden for you to spend time with your friends!
Unfortunately I have to leave my room by the end of the month, so I would also like to offer some own furniture as the couch d some appliances that I would give for a very good price.
