Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, auch Staubsauger ist vorhanden. Der Balkon bietet Platz für vier Stühle und einen kleinen Tisch. Die West- Ausrichtung des Balkons ist Ideal für gemütliche Abende mit schönem Sonnenuntergang.
Die Garage hat eine übliche Größe. Auto und ein Motorrad/ Roller haben locker Platz.
Obwohl 90% des Hauses mit Studenten bewohnt ist, ist es sehr ruhig.
Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Diese befindet sich im Wäschekeller und kann für eins bis zwei Euro genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist nur fünf Minuten Fußweg von der FH entfernt. Bushaltestelle nur zwei Minuten.
Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Bus in etwa fünf Minuten erreichbar. Zu Fuß sind fünfzehn Minuten realistisch. Ein großer Supermarkt, ist zur Not auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Bäcker sowie ein ital. Restaurant befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Gegend ist ruhig und gepflegt.
