Ich suche ab August/September 2013 bis einschließlich Februar 2014 eine/n Untermieter/in für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 30 m² groß, hell und vollmöbliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch, Drehstuhl, Tisch + Stühle, Kommode, Regale, Sofa, Beistelltisch, etc.) und verfügt über eine Kochnische sowie ein separates Badezimmer.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und ist nur 3 Gehminuten von der Hochschule entfernt und somit optimal für Studenten der Hochschule. Strom, Wasser, Internet etc. sind im Mietpreis von 290 € monatlich enthalten. Beheizt wird die Wohnung durch Fußbodenheizung.
Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Haus abgestellt werden. Außerdem gibt es im Keller noch zusätzlichen Stauraum sowie einen Fahrradabstellplatz.
Nur 1 Gehminute entfernt befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle mit Anschluss in die Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
