Ich bin von 12.4.-12.5. aufgrund eines Praktikums nicht in meiner Wohnung. Zu dieser Zeit würde ich sie gerne untervermieten.
Im oben genannten Preis sind alle Kosten inklusive WLAN, Strom miteinbegriffen.
Lage: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle gleich, wenn man aus der Tür kommt. Zu Fuß ist der HBF in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Es fahren aber auch Busse im 10 Minutentakt.
Vom HBF ist man auch sehr schnell in Düsseldorf oder Köln.
Zur Schlüsselübergabe, kurzes Kennenlernen und anschauen der Wohnung kann ich nur die Tage vom 9.4-11.4. anbieten.
