Ich suche möglichst ab dem 01.12.2011 oder spätestens ab dem 01.01.2012 einen Nachmieter für meine WHG. Sie befindet sich ca 5 Minuten entfernt vom Bahnhof, ca 3 Minuten von der Wirtschaftsschule und nur ca 15 minuten Fußweg von der FH enfernt. Sie ist perfekt für Studenten da sie sehr günstig ist und wie erwähnt eine gute Lage hat. Ebenfalls kann man bei Bedarf einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz günstig anmieten.
Ich habe 1,5 Jahre hier gewohnt und war immer zufrieden mit der WHG und der Hausverwaltung und deren Service.Ich ziehe nur aus persönlichen Gründen weiter weg und suche daher einen Nachmieter.
