ich suche einen nachmieter für meine schöne 1-raum-wohnung in knieper nord, tessinstraße. netto und plus quasi direkt vor der tür (3 min zu fuß)
- 36 qm groß
- bad (mit fenster) mit dusche wurde im juni 2007 renoviert,
alles schön gefliest, platz für waschmaschine (toploader) ist auch
- küche: sehr geräumig mit fenster zur prohner straße (mit herd und spüle, auch küchenschränke mit großer arbeitsfläche sind abzugeben, preis verhandelbar)
- schlafzimmer
- geräumiger flur
- großer keller
- schöner gemeinschaftshof zum grillen, wäsche aufhängen etc.
die ganze wohnung ist mit pvc-belag (laminat-optik) ausgestattet.
