I don't listen to loud music, won't be making any noise, don't prefer partying at home.
I have experience living away from home during which I did not cause an issue. I maintain cleanliness and hygiene and don't create a mess.
I'm very short - only 5 feet in height and thin figure so I don't need a very large room.
I don't smoke.
I don't have any physical disabilities or any serious health conditions that may require attention.
