Zusätzlich gibt es einen großen Speicher auf dem Dachboden, wo man Sachen lagern oder Wäsche trocknen kann. Im Keller kann man Waschmaschine und Trockner nutzen. Weiterhin gibt es hier einen Stellplatz für Fahrräder.
Die Kaltmiete liegt bei 450€ und beinhaltet einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz (Duplex). Die Betriebskostenvorauszahlung lag bei 100€.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß ca. 5 min, der Stadtkern liegt ebenfalls ca. 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Zur TU München sind es ca. 10 min zu Fuß (max. 5 min mit dem Fahrrad).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung liegen ebenfalls in Fußdistanz.
