Vermieten in unserem selbst bewohnten Einfamilienhaus eine vor 6 Jahren neu gebaute Einliegerwohnung. Gute Raumaufteilung mit großer Wohnküche und hellem Tageslichtbad. Einbauküche und Esstisch vorhanden. Teile der Einrichtungen können vom Vormieter übernommen werden z.B. Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Stutensee-Blankenloch in einer nur sehr wenig befahrenen Sackgasse. Sehr ruhig mit guter Parkplatzsituation und toller Infrastruktur in Laufentfernung. Eine Straßenbahn in 5 Minuten Laufentfernung bringt Sie in 15 Minuten in die Karlsruher Innenstadt. Alle weiteren Einrichtungen zum Einkaufen usw. sind in direkter Umgebung vorhanden. 10 Minuten zum KIT Campus Nord, 12 Minuten zur Autobahn.
Wir bewohnen das Haus im EG und OG mit unseren zwei Söhnen. Es ist ein freistehendes Haus mit einem schönen Garten. Wir nutzen den selben Eingang und begegnen uns sicherlich öfters um auch einmal zu quatschen. Im UG nutzen wir den Waschraum, eine Werkstatt und einen Hobbyraum mit Tischtennis-Platte.
