Ich suche einen Nachmieter für ein kleines, aber gemütliches und teilmöbliertes Zimmer in Fellbach zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt 
Im Zimmer enthalten sind der Schreibtisch-Schrank den man im Bild sieht, auch in der Küche kann alles soweit mitbenutzt werden.
Die WG hat drei Zimmer von denen eins von Dir und das andere von Lana bewohnt wird. Für das dritte Zimmer wird gerade noch jemand gesucht, falls ihr also zu zweit eine WG sucht wäre das auch möglich 
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 350 Euro plus ca. 50 Euro Nebenkosten.

WG-Leben

In der WG haben wir uns super verstanden, aber trotzdem hat jeder seinen Freiraum den er braucht.

Lage

Die Wohnung ist 8 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn Halstestelle Schwabenlandhalle entfernt von dort ist man in 20 Minuten am Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhof.
Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten beim nächsten Supermarkt.

Sonstiges

Die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Straße sind super, man findet immer was in der Nähe.

Room

I am looking for a new tenant for a small but cozy and partly furnished room in Fellbach at the next possible time.
Included in the room are the desk closet you see in the picture, even in the kitchen everything can be used as far as.
The flat has three rooms, one of which is occupied by you and the other by Lana. For the third room, someone is still looking, so if you are looking for a shared flat, that would be possible 
The cold rent is 350 euros plus about 50 euros ancillary costs the deposit is 660 euros.

Location

The apartment is 8-minutes walking from the Schwabenlandhalle U-Bahn Station, from where you can reach the main railway station in 20 minutes.
It is 10 minute walking to the nearest supermarket.

WG Life

In the WG, we have a great understanding, but nevertheless everyone has their free space which he needs.

The parking in the street are great, you will always find nearby.
