Hallo, da ich ca. ein Monatlang bei Eltern bleibe, suche ich eine/n nette/n Zwischenmieter.
Die Wohnung ist von 16.08. bis 22.09. frei und ich suche lieber jemanden, der in der ganzen Periode bleiben könnte.
In der Wohnung gibt es ein Bett, Schlafsofa, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank. In der Kochenzeile, Herde, Kühlschrank, Spülbecken und Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 30qm groß, sehr hell und ruhig.
Ihr braucht nicht länger als 3 Minuten zur U-Bahn Haltestelle und 5 Minuten zum U/S Bad Cannstatt. In 3 Minuten gibt es auch Rewe, DM, Rossmann, Tschibo, BW-Bank, Deutsche Bank, O2, Base usw.
Die Miete ist 430 Euro für ein Monat und 14Euro pro weitere Nacht, inkl. alles(auch Internet)
