Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um ein Standard Apartment von 22 century in Stuttgart Bad-Cannstatt. (http://22century.de/)
Die Anzeige richtet sich an alle Studenten, Azubis oder Young Professionals.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines Neubaus und ist vollständig möbliert (Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Bett etc.). Man hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und eine Pantry-Küche mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Spüle und zwei Herdplatten.
Es gibt vier Steckdosen und W-Lan und Lan-Anschluss sind ebenfalls vorhanden :)
Die Wohnung kann nach Absprache gerne besichtigt werden!
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in Bad Cannstatt gelegen.
CARRÉ und S-Bahnhof sind innerhalb von nicht einmal 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
U1 und U13 innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die meisten weiteren U-Bahn-Linien sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar.
Die Stadtmitte und der Hauptbahnhof sind circa 5 Minuten mit der S-Bahn und circa 10 Minuten mit der U-Bahn entfernt.
Bei Fragen oder wenn ihr euch die Wohnung mal anschauen wollt könnt ihr mich sehr gerne einfach bei Facebook oder Whatsapp anschreiben.
Anrufe werde ich nicht entgegen nehmen, da ich die meiste Zeit in der Uni bin :)
Zusatz: In dem Wohnkomplex gibt es außerdem Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Diese sind jedoch kostenpflichtig.
