The bright 1 room apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building.
There is a small hallway area for cloakroom and shoes, a large living-sleeping room, a bathroom and a separate kitchen. The apartment is located on the top floor (no trampling) but has no sloping roof!
The apartment includes the shared use of a large bicycle cellar and a lockable cellar compartment. There is also a large dry floor for drying clothes available.
The apartment is rented only fully furnished (kitchen utensils available).
I will leave the washing machine in the apartment and Wi-Fi is available.
location
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the slope to the vineyards (1min). The U-Bahn station "Zürcher Straße" of the U12 can be reached in a minute's walk. Parking is easily in the public areas on the roadside possible (I have always found a parking space). Nearest supermarket at the Roman fort (REWE), 10min on foot.
